Adult Summer Camp Registration Form

  • Only choose the the days for week(s) you are attending. Leave blank any weeks you are not attending.

  • Cost is $60 per week for single day. Cost is $110 per week for both Tuesday & Thursday. After you hit submit you will be redirected to a new page. Then click the "Pay Now" button for you to complete your registration.
    You will manually need to put in the price and for quantity put the amount of weeks you are attending.
    Note: you do not need a paypal account to make credit card payment through paypal.
